Another month without being able to lower the top. I'll probably make an appointment at Peter Pan BMW for next week. I've decided to lay off going to Stevens Creek BMW until they pay off their new showroom. The last time I went in, my car didn't really come back working any better than it went in, and for some reason it shifts more stiffly (not that I'm pointing fingers or anything).

BTW, closing the top using the little allen wrench inserted into the top near where it meets the rearview mirror is a complete pain in the ass. I don't recommend it unless your dying to get carpal tunnel.
