Drove home tonight through a uncharacteristically heavy downpour.
One of the downsides of having the weight balanced between the front and back is that the car seems to hydroplane more easily, but when it does slide, it loses traction at the same time. This is completely unscientific, and I do feel safer in the BMW than in my Eclipse.
I need to let my boss drive my car and compare it to his old M3. The shift linkage still feels vague, especially between first and second.
