The heater problem seems to have been fixed. Prior to them flushing the computer, the heater would mysteriously start warming the car up everytime I got to Cupertino, to the point where you could grow orchids on the dash. Now it blows softlyuntil the engine is warmed, then ramps up the fans to brings the temperature up.

An unusual cold snap has introduced a feature I wasn't aware of, the low temperature sensor designed to warn of ice on the road or other cold weather-related dangers.

The car lets out a LOUD beep whenever the temp drops to 37 degrees Fahrenheit, and switches the computer display to show the temperature. It's actually disconcerting the first time it occurs.

CORRECTION: While the dashboard light does flash a few times, it's easy to miss the first time as you scan around for what the beep came from.

I've noticed another odd vibration at around 85 mph on the highway. I'll take it in to see what the problem might be, since the last time this happened it coincided with my fan dying.

On the way home from a company meeting, I decided to drop the top at a red light. The light changed while the top was still folding, but luckily there was a line of cars in front of me.

The point is that you can in fact creep forwards at 3-4 mph and still have the top keep retracting.
